We collect only what's necessary to run Quick Shopping:
We do not collect payment card numbers, social security numbers, or any sensitive financial identity information.
Your data is used exclusively to provide you the Quick Shopping service:
We never use your data for advertising or sell it to any third party.

No other third parties receive your data. We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics companies that track you across other sites.
Your data is kept as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us.
After deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days. Subscription billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We perform regular security reviews of our systems.
While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours.

The App is intended for informational and comparison purposes only. It is not a marketplace, broker, or purchasing platform. We do not facilitate transactions between users and suppliers.
FinTech Data Solutions LLC is not responsible for any purchasing decisions made based on prices displayed in the App. Price data may be outdated, incorrectly extracted, or otherwise inaccurate.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FinTech Data Solutions LLC does not warrant that:
Use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinTech Data Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State where FinTech Data Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
By using the App, you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top and notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
